Participation in Chaos Volume X requires athletes to have a strong foundation in CrossFit movements. You should be confident in your ability to perform exercises such as Olympic lifts, gymnastic movements, and high-intensity metabolic conditioning with proper form and technique.

Self-Responsibility:
Athletes are fully liable for their movement quality, the care of equipment, and the understanding of all programmed exercises. This is a self-led experience where discipline and attention to detail are crucial to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Program Structure:
